2.- Send the deposit voucher to registro@letrastica.com

The e-mail must include the scanned voucher, the payment concept, full name, phone, e-mail, place of origin and discount code if you got one.

3.- Wait for the confirmation email

As soon as we verify that eveything is ok with your payment, we will send you a confirmation email.

Student / teacher discount

A 10% discount will be granted on the cost of the General Pass or workshop ticket to current or active students or professors in a baccalaureate, technical or university program at a recognized institution. To make this discount effective, you must request a discount code for each pass by email contacto@letrastica.com, in which you must include the name of the activity to which you are looking to attend, your full name, email and telephone, as well as attach an image of your current and valid student or teacher cards. You must request a discount code for each activity. For example, if you are going to attend the conference and a workshop, you must request 2 discount codes. The discount codes are unique by request, they will only be valid once and only for the person who requested it.

Group discount

A 10% discount will be granted on the cost of the General Pass or workshop ticket to groups of 5 and more people. To make this discount effective, you must request to email contacto@letrastica.com in which you must include the full name, telephone and email of the 5 or more people, as well as the name of the activities they seek to attend. You must request a discount code for each activity for every group member. The discount codes are unique per request, they will only be valid once and only for the people included in the request.

The codes for groups will be granted at the discretion of the organizing committee. The codes of universities with an agreement will only be granted through an agreement with the representatives of these institutions. Discount codes will only be valid once and there will be no repeated codes. Passes or registrations purchased with discount code will not be transferable.

Other discounts

• - 25% on workshop tuition if you purchased your general pass in early bird.
• - 50% on the general pass if you have one workshop tuition payed.
• - 100% on the general pass if you have two or more workshop tuition payed

Payments will be through www.eventbrite.com platform and bank deposit, the published cost does not include any tax, nor the service fee of the platform.

If for some reason you will not attend and wish to transfer your registration or pass you must write to registro@letrastica.com before October 15, 2019.
